Justin Boose is an advisor at Borrow. Justin has also worked as Senior Counsel/Energy Finance at Troutman Sanders LLP from January 2011 to December 2013. Justin's work includes representing regulated and unregulated utilities at FERC, representing regulated utilities in state regulatory proceedings, and representing energy project developers on EPC, turbine supply, O&M, warranty, interconnection and related project agreements.

Justin Boose earned their JD magna cum laude from Willamette University College of Law. Justin also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from Whitman College. Additionally, they attended Rijks Universiteit de Rechtgeleerheid (Law School).
