Paul Lambert, CMgr MCMI, serves as the Offshore Installation Manager for Borr Drilling since February 2023, focusing on offshore drilling operations utilizing MODU Jack-ups. With extensive experience in the offshore drilling industry, Paul held roles at PV Drilling from January 2013 to February 2023, including Offshore Installation Manager and Senior Toolpusher, managing all night operations and daytime drilling activities with the Amphion Drilling system. Prior positions include Day Toolpusher and Driller at Seadrill Careers, Night Toolpusher at Northern Offshore Ltd, and various roles from Assistant Driller to Roustabout at Rowan Companies, Inc. Paul completed a Diploma of Education in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in June 2023, and possesses a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance from Deyes Higher Education.
