Will Williams is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as the Sustainability Director for the Borough of West Chester since May 2019. In this role, Will manages environmental, stormwater, and energy-related initiatives, oversees a $1M annual energy spend, and identifies funding opportunities for sustainability projects. Prior experience includes directing sustainability and utility management at Pennrose, where Will oversaw initiatives across over 200 communities, delivering substantial annual savings and managing significant budgets. Additional roles include Utilities Manager at Liberty Property Trust and Technology and Program Manager at the Smart Energy Initiative of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master's in Sustainable Engineering from Villanova University.
