Soodeh Shockravi, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Nutritional Sciences and Head of Product Development at both Borealis Foods and Pure By Nature since August 2019. Prior to these roles, Soodeh was a Nutrition Consultant in a self-employed capacity from January 2002 to September 2019 and volunteered at Baycrest Health Sciences from January 2019 to August 2019. Soodeh earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Nutrition Sciences from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences between 2007 and 2012.
