James Farmer is a senior real estate private equity investment professional with extensive experience across multiple asset classes in all major European markets. Currently a Partner at Boreal IM since February 2022, James previously held the position of Partner at Europa Capital from October 2010 to February 2022. Prior to that, James worked in the Property Finance Group at the Royal Bank of Scotland from September 2008 to September 2010, focusing on corporate real estate lending. James's earlier experience includes roles in valuation at CBRE and central London investment at Jones Lang LaSalle. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Leicester.
