Menushi Hasara has a robust background in Human Resources, currently serving in HR Operations at Borderless AI since October 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Human Resources Manager at Horizons from March 2022 to October 2024 and positions at Staffy Inc. as both Onboarding Team Lead and Onboarding Specialist from May 2021 to March 2022. Menushi also worked as a Human Capital Specialist at A&T Human Resources and served as a Human Resources Officer and Management Trainee at Melstacorp PLC between December 2016 and August 2020. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Business and Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University and an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Management from Pearson College London.
