Arul Murugan is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture capital executive, currently serving as Founding Managing Partner and Chairman of Borderless Capital since October 2018, which focuses on Web3 investments and manages a portfolio of over 200 companies. Arul co-founded 11-11 Ventures, where from June 2016 to September 2020, emphasis was placed on early-stage technology and blockchain investments. In addition, Arul held a founding board member role at the Helium Foundation for a brief period in 2020. Prior experience includes founding Enrich in 2003, leading it until its merger with Data Intensity in 2016, and engaging in various consulting roles at GE Energy, GE Healthcare, and Whittman-Hart, where significant contributions were made to Oracle applications and supply chain solutions. Arul holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, awarded in 1994.
