Kristi Richman is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Border States since January 2019. Prior to this role, Kristi held various positions at NORIDIAN HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS, LLC, including Director of Talent Development, Training Program Manager, and Manager of Audit Support from March 2016 to January 2019. Kristi's extensive background also includes over 14 years at Microsoft as a Principal Content Publishing Manager and nearly 11 years at Great Plains Software as a Training Manager. Kristi holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead, earned between 1984 and 1989.
