Elizabeth Koh is an investigative reporter for The Boston Globe on the paper's quick strike team. Before joining the Globe in 2021, she was a Seoul-based foreign correspondent for The Wall Street Journal covering technology and the coronavirus pandemic. She was part of a team at the Journal named a Pulitzer Prize finalist in National Reporting for their coverage of nursing homes dealing with Covid-19. She also spent three years at The Miami Herald, where her reporting on the Florida Legislature helped change state laws and triggered multiple investigations into misspending at a major domestic violence nonprofit. Born and raised in Southern California, she graduated from Brown University with a degree in the history of science.
