Pallabi Sen is a highly skilled quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as QA Compliance Supervisor at Bora Pharmaceuticals since January 2024, Pallabi has previously held roles including Validation/Calibration Supervisor and Supplier Quality Specialist at Baxter International Inc. Pallabi's expertise includes statistical process control, risk management, and quality performance improvement, demonstrated through previous positions at Sanofi Pasteur, United States Steel Corporation, LSL Healthcare, Fluor Corporation, and Larsen & Toubro. Pallabi holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating at the top of the class with a 4.0 GPA, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, graduating with First Class Distinction.
