Hope Peppercorn began their work experience in 2018 at Willowbrook Garden Centre, where they worked as Front of House Staff from September 2018 to March 2019. In 2019, they joined MThree Consulting as Alumni Associate - Developer and worked there from April 2019 to May 2021. Hope then moved on to NatWest Markets as a Frontend Web Developer in May 2019, where they currently hold a position. In 2022, they started a new role as a Junior Front End Developer at Boozt.

Hope Peppercorn attended The University of Manchester from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
