Zerwyn Fernandes, A-CSM, currently serves as a Scrum Master and Lead Technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton since September 2023 and also coaches Jiu Jitsu at Agoge Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master and Senior Business Analyst at Ryan Specialty, where Zerwyn facilitated Scrum events across multiple teams and led agile transformation initiatives, contributing to significant revenue growth and enhanced organizational efficiency. In earlier positions at TerpSys and Howard University, responsibilities included collaboration on digital transformation projects and technical support for hardware and software systems. Zerwyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
