Victoria Pich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Strategist and Military Ambassador/Recruiting Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton, Victoria has previously held roles as the Mid-Atlantic Recruiting Manager at Grant Thornton LLP and as an Executive Recruiter at both Venturi Partners and Ajilon Finance. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from PennWest Edinboro, completed in 1997, and is a graduate of Penn Trafford High School.
