Sagi Laniado is an experienced marketing and operations professional with a strong background in customer marketing and CRM automation. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Marketing Operations at Boots UK since June 2021, Sagi previously held various positions at William Hill, including CRM & Marketing Development Team Lead and Senior Marketing Automation Manager, where responsibilities included automating CRM processes, data analysis, and report generation. Sagi's career includes roles at ISSTA Lines, focusing on developing automation tools and analyzing business processes, and at Elbit Systems Ltd, coordinating software implementations and delivering client training. Sagi holds an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University and has further education from the University of Oxford.
