Kevin Lofton is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in store management and operations. Currently serving as Store Manager at Boot Barn since July 2015, Kevin successfully acted as Interim District Manager for multiple districts and facilitated the promotion of three Assistant Managers to Store Managers in four years. Prior experience includes guiding operations for a $7M+ store at Sheplers Inc. and turning around underperforming stores at Old Navy. Kevin's background also encompasses significant roles at Kohl's Department Stores, Bed Bath & Beyond, and PCA International, Inc., where responsibilities included strategic planning, P&L accountability, and personnel training across multiple locations.
