Chad Parks possesses extensive experience in loss prevention, currently serving as the Regional Loss Prevention Manager - West for Boot Barn since June 2019. Prior to this role, Chad held various positions at Nordstrom from December 1997 to September 2018, including Regional Loss Prevention Investigations Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of investigators and collaborating on high-profile cases. Additionally, Chad led training and development initiatives for security professionals and supported manager development across multiple states. Earlier career roles include Loss Prevention Manager positions at Kmart and Sears. Chad holds degrees in Post II and Post III Administration of Justice from Allan Hancock College and has education from Riverside City College.
