Ania Hale is an experienced retail management professional with a strong background in merchandise and real estate, currently serving as Senior Manager at Boot Barn since October 2016, following a role as General Operations Manager. Prior to Boot Barn, Ania held the position of Project Manager at The Wet Seal, LLC. and gained valuable experience as Co-Manager at EXPRESS. Ania began a career in the industry as a Talent Department Intern at E! Networks. Ania holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a minor in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, where studies were completed between 1998 and 2003.
