Heather Harrison, CSM, currently serves as QA Manager at Boostlingo, where responsibilities include developing and documenting testing procedures for applications across various platforms. Prior to this role, Heather worked as Quality Assurance Manager at Press Sports, overseeing quality assurance processes. Heather’s extensive experience at OutboundEngine spanned multiple roles, culminating in Senior QA Analyst & Project Manager, where management of the QA team and coordination of project releases were key responsibilities. Previous positions also include Quality Assurance Engineer/Manager, and operations in customer support and project management at various organizations. Heather began the career in education and customer service roles and earned a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film, Media Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
