Vincent Visuth is currently an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators. Vincent has also worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Innovacare, the Chief of Transition Management at Evans Army Community Hospital/US Army Health Facility Planning Agency, and at ide8 strategic marketing and Consova Corporation.

At Innovacare, Vincent was responsible for managing relationships and resource allocations for healthcare clients to include hospitals systems and medical groups. Vincent provided expertise for clients to include strategy, operations, and process improvement. Vincent also scoped, designed, and planned engagements for projects to be on time and within contract budget.

At Evans Army Community Hospital/US Army Health Facility Planning Agency, Vincent was recruited to chart strategic direction and provide daily oversight for of $250M worth of federal construction projects—renovations, expansions and new facilities—that turned 78-bed military hospital into world-class medical facility. Vincent drove culture change that resulted from successfully implementing four major and 100+ small projects; introducing and expanding service lines to increase market share; and preparing staff to meet new regulations for patient care. Vincent led up to 30 clinical and business staff and administered a $9.5M operating budget.

Some of Vincent's accomplishments include successfully moving 75+ hospital and clinical assets to new locations during and post-construction without loss of workload or break in service, directing 65+ clinical operations during transition periods by deploying best practices and new technologies, opening three new facilities and decommissioning three to execute strategic plan for campus expansion, upgrading quality of care by selecting and directing seamless deployment of nearly $2M investment in new technology, charting EACH’s space alignment strategy and optimizing its space plan, successfully negotiating with unionized staff, and steering clinical room design and equipment selection to optimize efficiency.

Vincent Visuth earned their Master's of Health Administration from Cornell University in the field of Health Administration. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelors of Science from Loyola University Chicago in Physics, Math, Chemistry, and Theirtory. Vincent Visuth began their educational career by earning their High School Diploma from Andrean High School.
