Patty Beach has been an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators since August 2017. Prior to that, they were an executive coach at Growth Axis from January 2010 to August 2017. Patty has also served as an executive coach at The McNeill Group from January 2004 to December 2006. Prior to their coaching career, Patty worked as a geologist for Amoco Production Company from January 1989 to December 1999 and BP from January 1989 to December 2000.

Patty Beach has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Science in Geology from The University of Tulsa, and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Patty also has an International Baccalaureate high school diploma from Lincoln Community School. In addition, Patty Beach is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by the Co-Active Training Institute and as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation.
