At Eagle Products, Pamela was responsible for operations management and business growth. Pamela successfully executed a 90-day scaleup strategy which led to explosive growth over a six-month period from 4M to 7M annually. Additionally, they managed twenty National Sales Reps, coached them through business challenges, sourced new leads, and provided sales training and new product presentation support.

Pamela is also experienced in marketing and branding. Pamela managed the Marketing Coordinator to execute a social media presence, increase website SEO, create an email drip campaign, online video presentations, and content marketing to drive traffic to wholesale and retail sites. Furthermore, they focused on revenue growth by maintaining and building relationships, identifying and researching new target markets, and developing a CRM pipeline which led to successfully landing large enterprise accounts.
