Mark Spiecker is currently an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators. Mark has over 20 years of experience in corporate management and improvement projects.

Spiecker began their career at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, where they served as a Performance Improvement Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading cross-functional teams in improvement projects in various areas of the company. Mark also co-managed the design and delivery of supervisory training modules to 1,800 managers.

After Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, Spiecker went on to work for 360networks as the Director of Customer Operations. Mark was responsible for managing the Western Region’s order fulfillment process, business development, customer relationship management, and contract management. Under their leadership, the team was able to reduce the cycle time from 69 days to 15 days.

Spiecker has been an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators since 2019. In this role, they provide guidance and support to startups and entrepreneurs.

Mark Spiecker has an MBA in Management from Rockhurst University and a BSBA in Marketing from the same school. Mark also has an Associate's Degree from the University of Florida.
