Julia Hutchins is currently an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators. Julia has extensive experience in the health care industry, having served as the head of product development at Bellbird, chief operations and strategy officer and co-founder at Apostrophe, Inc., and CEO at Colorado HealthOP. Julia has also worked as a VP of new business development at Colorado Access and as a senior director of business development and planning at Alameda Alliance for Health. Her previous experience also includes work as a policy and planning analyst at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.

Julia Hutchins has a MPH and MPP from the University of California, Berkeley in Health Policy & Management. Julia also has a BA in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis.
