Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the organic products sector and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic body care products and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university instructor teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
