Shane Leonard is an accomplished general manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the general manager of the UK Flagship site at BOOM BATTLE BAR since July 2023, Shane oversees a team of 120 staff members. Prior to this role, Shane held the position of general manager (multi-site) at Antic London from January 2021 to July 2023, managing several high-volume venues, including a Spanish tapas and late-night venue. Shane's career began as a deputy manager at JD Wetherspoon from January 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing pub operations in the absence of the general manager, recruitment, retention, learning and development, and scheduling for a team of over 80 staff members. Shane holds a degree in Primary Teaching from Kingston University.
