Robert Guarino serves as the Chief Executive Officer of 5 Napkin Burger, a premium full service burger brand based in New York City, since June 2008. In addition, Robert is a founding partner of several successful dining establishments, including Marseille, Nizza, Reunion Surf Bar, Schmackary's, Playa Betty's, and El Balon Cantina Mexicana, all situated in the NYC area. Robert also holds advisory roles at Branded Strategic Hospitality and Branded Hospitality Marketplace since January 2019 and December 2020, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Santo Family Group's Bolivar, Arizona 206, and Little Dove restaurants, and as Restaurant Manager at Restaurant Associates. Robert Guarino is a graduate of Cornell University, where a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration was obtained with concentrations in Food and Beverage and Finance.
