Sandra Welander McCartney is an experienced education professional with a strong focus on facilitating educational partnerships and enhancing academic development. Currently serving as a Facilitator of Educational Partnerships at Find the Joy since January 2016 and as an Educational Sales Consultant for the Center for the Collaborative Classroom since 2014, Sandra is dedicated to continuous professional learning for educators. Sandra's previous roles include Executive Board Member at Parent Trust for Washington, National Key Accounts Manager at Abrams Learning Trends, Regional Consultant at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and Educational Sales Representative at Rigby Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Recognized for excellence in sales, Sandra received the Western Regional Sales Person of the Year award in 2007 and the Midwest Regional Sales Person of the Year award in 2002. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Buena Vista University and has a profound passion for public education and supporting the growth of children and families.
