Carmelo Lepori Padró has over nine years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2011, they began working as an Assistant to the General Manager of Chromatlantique Industriel, a quality certificate for the nuclear energy sector. In 2012, they moved to Elmet (Metallum Holding S.A) as a Logistics and International Trade Specialist. In 2013, they joined STEF as a KAM, and in 2014 they became a Manager Sales at Zoni Language Centers. In 2015, they began their International MBA Candidate at IE Business School. In 2016, they became a EMEA Area Manager at Aquanaria and Co-Founder of a Real Estate Developer. In 2018, they moved to AMIG - Artículos de Ferretería, Cerrajería y Bricolaje as an Export Area Manager and in 2020 they became the Global Sales Director at Book A Corner. In 2021, they joined PwC UK's PropTech Scale-up Programme.

Carmelo Lepori Padró obtained a Bachelor's degree in École Supérieure de Commerce, compras y logística from Excelia between 2007 and 2011. Carmelo also received a Double degree in business administration from Cámarabilbao University Business School between 2007 and 2010. In 2015, they earned an International MBA from IE Business School. Additionally, they obtained a TOEFL iBT® from TOEFL® in December 2015.
