Anca Michiu (geb. Vasilescu) currently serves as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at BonVenture Management GmbH since March 2023. Prior to this role, Anca accumulated extensive experience at IDS GmbH as a PMO from June 2014 to March 2023, where responsibilities included supporting project managers, preparing presentations, budget controlling, and coordinating training sessions. Anca's earlier career includes positions at Raiffeisen Bank Romania as a Kundenberater and Geschäftsdirektor, focusing on sales coordination and client relationship management from April 2007 to May 2014, and as a Kontoadministrator at SC Volksbank Rumänien SA Sibiu Branche, where client database development and loan transaction management were key tasks from August 2004 to April 2007. Anca holds a Master's Degree in Economic Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universität “Lucian Blaga” Sibiu, along with a BAC in Chemistry-Biology from Theoretisches Gymnasium “St. L. Roth.”
