José G. Hernández

José G. Hernández has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. José G. is currently the Co-Founder of bonum coaching, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to that, they founded their own company called HRNANDEZ in 2016. José G. also serves as a Mentor at 500 Global since February 2022 and as an Advisory Board Member at Wyncode Academy since October 2019.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, José held several leadership positions in well-known companies. From 2012 to 2015, they were the SVP Human Resources Americas at DHL. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Vice-President People, International-Latin America at Wal-Mart International, and from 2007 to 2008, they were the VP Human Resources, South East Division at the same company.

José also has a rich history with The Coca-Cola Company, where they held the position of Human Resources VP, Brazil from 2002 to 2007 and Group Human Resources Director, Atlanta from 2000 to 2002.

Their earliest known work experience dates back to 1989 when they joined Nabisco as the VP HR/Regional Director Human Resources. In this role, they led regional Human Resources strategies, systems, and policies in Nabisco Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). José G. also managed the Human Resources function for the Caribbean, Central America, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru region.
