Michael Reifferscheid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and technology management, currently serving as Head of Product & Technology and Head of BI, AI & Core Services at bonprix since May 2021. Overseeing a diverse team of 27 employees and managing offshore development operations with 45 developers in India and Bulgaria, Michael has successfully transformed the division into a product and service-oriented organization according to the Spotify Model. Previous roles include Project Manager Team Lead at bonprix, Senior Project Manager and Process Manager at Otto Group, and Systems Implementation Manager at FGH, with a strong focus on implementing enterprise-level systems and predictive analytics methods. Michael holds a Dipl.-Ing. Oec from Hamburg University of Technology, which combines management science and industrial engineering.
