Aylin Gungor is a highly skilled lawyer specializing in private equity, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Bonn Steichen & Partners since November 2020, after progressing through roles as Associate and Junior Associate. Aylin has also gained experience as a Senior Legal Officer during a brief secondment at Broad Street Luxembourg Sàrl in 2023 and previously completed an internship at the same firm focused on tax and banking.
