Deina Walsh began their career in 1999 as a Partner at EFP Rotenberg, LLP. In 2013, they founded DHW CPA, PLLC, an accounting consulting firm that provided external auditing support to publicly and privately held entities. In 2015, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Bone Biologics, where they were responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. In this role, they supervised many facets, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Deina worked independently through a virtual office and liaised with attorneys, bankers, and external auditors.
Deina Walsh earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from SUNY Brockport and their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Monroe Community College. In November 2018, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of California.
