Gary Terrell is a Senior Estimator at BOND Building Construction since February 2022, specializing in crafting estimates for diverse projects ranging from $1 million to $235 million across sectors such as K-12, healthcare, and institutional facilities. With previous experience as Chief Estimator at Agostini Bacon Construction Companies, Gary enhanced efficiency by modifying self-performance workbooks and managing subcontractor databases. Prior roles include Senior Estimator at Shawmut Design and Construction and Estimator positions at New England Construction Co., Inc., Consigli Construction, and Plant Construction Company, where responsibilities encompassed preparing comprehensive estimates, managing project buyouts, and overseeing construction project management. Gary holds a B.A. in Music from Vassar College.
