Jay Friedman has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jay is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Goodway Group, a managed-services programmatic partner to brand agencies. Prior to this role, they served as the President and COO of the same company, where they played a key role in their transition into the programmatic digital media space. Jay also held the position of President - Goodway 2.0 and Partner within Goodway Group.

Aside from their work at Goodway Group, Jay Friedman also served as a Board Member for Ranked Choice Voting for Texas and Co-Founder and Board Member for Bonbon Technologies.

Before joining Goodway Group, Jay Friedman worked at Young & Rubicam as an Account Supervisor, where they managed the daily operations of the Dallas field office and supervised major accounts. Jay also had a role as the Director of Marketing at Park Place Dealerships and worked as an Account Executive at Hadeler Sullivan & Law.

Jay Friedman attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Their field of study at the university was Journalism & Spanish.
