Fred Gnoassia is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and procurement. Currently serving as the Head of FP&A and Procurement at Bonaventure since May 2022, Fred has successfully directed financial operations and enhanced procurement functions through data analytics. Previous roles include serving as a Financial & Procurement Executive Advisor at SHIPRAH PUAH & COMPANIES, INC., where expertise was applied in international procurement and distribution, alongside significant consultancy positions at DBi Services and Kaiser Permanente. With extensive experience at companies like Erickson Living and Inovalon, Fred has demonstrated a proficiency in financial modeling, project evaluation, and strategic decision support. Fred holds an MBA in Finance from Mercer University and a BBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University, complemented by Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training from W.R. Grace.
