Tracy Ventura, MBA has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare industry since 2000. Tracy began their career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Organon in 2000, followed by a similar role at Bristol Myers Squibb in 2002. In 2004, they joined BD as a Physician Sales Representative and was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in the same company. From 2014 to 2016, Tracy worked as a Substitute Teacher for the Lake Travis Unified School District. Tracy then rejoined the healthcare industry as a Physician Sales Representative for Syneos Health in 2016. In 2020, they took on the role of Regional Account Manager, Oncology and Reproductive Health for Invitae. Most recently, Tracy was a Clinical Educator, Cardiac Ablation Solutions for Medtronic at Promoveo Health in 2021. Tracy is currently a Senior Specialty Sales Representative at Bonafide Health.
