Meghan Shea has been working in the marketing field since 2012. Meghan started their career as a Media Planner/Buyer at M&C Saatchi Mobile in 2012, then moved on to become a Manager, Customer Acquisition at JackThreads in 2014. In 2016, they were hired as a Senior Marketing Manager and Paid Social Marketing Manager at Jet.com. Two years later, in 2018, they became a Senior Manager Growth Marketing at Rent The Runway. Currently, they are a Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager at Bonafide Health.

Meghan Shea attended West Virginia University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Fashion Merchandising.
