Michele Muldoon currently serves as the Executive Director of Healthier Communities ACO and holds the position of Senior Vice President of Population Health and Value-Based Care at Bon Secours Charity Health System, Inc., a role initiated in September 2017. Previously, Michele held the role of Vice President of Population Health within the same organization and served as Director of Population Health at Bon Secours Health System. Michele's educational background includes a graduate degree in Nursing from Seton Hall University, completed between 2000 and 2002.
