Robbie Lewis serves as the Regional Culinary Director at Bon Appétit Management Company since January 2017, overseeing culinary operations for over 500 locations across diverse sectors, including notable clients such as Uber, Google, and NBC Universal. Previously, Robbie was the Culinary Director at Presidio Foods, where culinary initiatives contributed to the development of various dining concepts and managing a team of 150 employees. Early career experiences include roles as Executive Chef at Jardiniere, winning multiple awards and recognition, as well as key positions at other prestigious restaurants. Extensive culinary training encompasses education at the California Culinary Academy and participation in international culinary events.
