Kylie Crofts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and information governance. Currently serving as the General Manager for Merger Integration at Bolton Clarke since July 2017, Kylie has also held the role of Information Manager. Prior to this, Kylie was a Senior Project Manager at RSL Care, where responsibilities included the implementation of new intranet systems and governance frameworks. From January 2008 to June 2016, Kylie managed Codice Pty Ltd, which focused on information management consultancy. Earlier career experience includes a nine-year tenure at WorkCover Queensland with roles spanning customer service, underwriting, and communications. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Merger Acquisition Integration from Pritchett (ongoing), PRINCE2 certification, and a diploma in management from Mt Eliza Business School, alongside a BA from The University of Queensland.
