Mitchell Wall has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as a Retail Sales Manager at Toys"R"Us for three years. In 2019, they served as a Survey Intern at Ulteig for four months. In 2020, Mitchell joined Bolton & Menk, Inc. as a Transportation Engineer Intern for three months. Mitchell continued to work at Bolton & Menk, Inc. in 2021 as a Transportation Design Engineer (EIT+), where they are currently employed.

Mitchell Wall attended Dordt University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. In 2020, they also briefly studied at the University of Cape Town for the same degree in Civil Engineering.
