Cody Strom has worked as a Project Engineer at Bolton & Menk, Inc. since the start of 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Civil Engineering Intern at Moore Engineering, Inc. from May 2013 to October 2014, and as a Civil Engineering Intern at KLJ from May 2012 to September 2012.

Cody Strom earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In May 2019, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID.
