Heather Baumann has a diverse work experience, having worked in various roles and industries. Heather began their career at Nordstrom in 2007, where they worked as a Sales Associate for three years before being promoted to Department Manager. In 2012, they joined ADP as a District Manager, where they worked for a year and a half. Since 2013, Heather has been employed at Bolton & Company as an Assistant Vice President, where they play a key role in managing insurance operations and client relationships.

Heather Baumann earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from California State University, Fullerton from 2006 to 2010.
