Prior to this, Nga held multiple senior vice president roles at Salesforce from March 2021 to May 2024, leading innovations in customer service through generative AI and establishing strategic visions for various service platforms. Nga's earlier career includes leadership roles at ServiceNow, RMS, Bain & Company, and Analysis Group, showcasing expertise in global go-to-market strategies, risk analytics, and economic consulting. Nga holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics from Bates College.
