Derrick Menezes is an experienced leader in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Bolt since July 2022, where responsibilities include designing and implementing global programs in Learning & Development, Performance Development, and Employee Experience. Previously, Derrick held the position of Head of People Business Partnering for the tech verticals at Bolt and led the People Partner team at Delivery Hero, focusing on logistics and product strategy. Derrick's earlier roles at Flipkart involved senior HR business partnerships across various domains, including analytics and customer experience, where Derrick played a key role in designing HR initiatives and managing organizational development during periods of significant growth. Derrick's career began at Infosys BPM as an HR Business Partner, specializing in the Communications Media & Entertainment vertical. Derrick holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Goa Institute of Management and additional qualifications in Counseling Psychology and Psychology from Fergusson College.
