Kate Dalley has worked in various roles throughout their career. In their most recent position at Bolt On Technology as Chief Product Officer, they are responsible for overseeing the development of automotive products. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Product Development at PowerChord, Inc., where they worked on product strategy and collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive growth. Kate also held the role of Director of Product Management at the same company, where they owned the strategic vision and roadmap for their product portfolio. Before joining PowerChord, Inc., they worked as the Director of Product Development at Regium Foundation, where they facilitated the secure exchange of royalties for data. Kate has experience in project management and leadership roles, as seen during their time at Bringhub, where they served as the Director of Product Development and a Project Manager. Kate demonstrated their leadership skills by successfully launching and scaling custom software solutions for retail and advertising clients. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at OZK Labs, overseeing the development of an online account opening application. Kate began their career at C1 Bank, where they completed a management training program and implemented improvements within the bank. Kate also gained experience in the public sector as a Healthcare Navigator at Pinellas County Government and completed a summer internship at Kayee M.O. House Co., Ltd, where they gained knowledge in product development and international business. In their role as an Operations Project Manager at Bunker Hill Vineyard and Winery, they managed projects and marketing efforts while also creating a growth plan for the business. Kate Dalley attended the University of South Florida from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Their major was in Global Business, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. In addition to their college education, they obtained several certifications. In December 2015, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. In February 2015, they also obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner from the same institution. More recently, in January 2020, they obtained three certifications from the Pragmatic Institute: Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, Pragmatic Certified Product Marketer, and Pragmatic Certified Product Master.
