Caroline McGlynn is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in supplier quality, structural durability, and product development across multiple industries including automotive, aerospace, and defense. Currently serving as a Supplier Quality Engineer - Electrical at Bollinger Motors, Caroline previously held significant roles at Rivian as a Senior Supplier Development Engineer and Structural Durability Engineer, managing supplier relationships and conducting critical analyses for various vehicle subsystems.
