Will Minkoff began their career in 2011 as a Partner at Nashville Severe Weather. In 2014, they joined BOLDplanning Inc. where they held various roles, including Enterprise Account Executive, Public Sector, Regional Director of Business Development, Manager of Training and Customer Solutions, Training Manager, and Operations Manager.

Will Minkoff attended Montgomery Bell Academy from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a College Prep degree. Will then attended the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute).
