Jocelyn Avila is an experienced UX Researcher and Designer with a strong background in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, synthesizing findings into actionable reports, and collaborating in startup environments. Currently at BOLD, Jocelyn has previously contributed to Snapbrillia, FuseLab Creative, Upliift, and Springboard, where extensive work included user testing, persona creation, and feature development for various applications. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and certifications in UX/UI Design, Jocelyn combines analytical skills with a creative approach to enhance user experiences and drive product success.
